“Merchant Name Here” cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county, state and federal restrictions for the large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to “Place your own products here that may be of issue with laws in certain areas” . When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.
Due to the nature of some items that are sold, you must verify your age for the purchase of handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.
By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration: Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."
We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.
Firearms must ship to a licensed dealer in your area. Place your own directive here indicating that the customer can choose from your list of licensed firearm dealers or provide you with their preferred dealer. Please note that you will be charged a transfer fee by the receiving dealer usually in the range of $20 to $50 per firearm.
Buying Guns Online
“Merchant Name Here” sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. You do not need to search for a FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We present you with a list of local dealers ready to accept your firearm. Most dealers charge a nominal fee ($20-$45) for the ownership transfer service.
